Dr. Kelleher is amazing! He is very patient and informative. He cares about his patients and it shows. The V-beam treatments that he has done for me have changed my life!!

The doctor Matthew Kelleher was absolutely great but here is my dilemma. I took off a day of work for a "consultation" and the receptionist sent me to his Naperville office which didn't have the necessary equipment to perform the services I needed. I told the receptionist what services I needed done before I even scheduled the consultation and she still sent me to the wrong place so I had to take off work another day which was yet another month of waiting and another 2 hour drive one way to get the procedure done. Basically just wasted my time and money. I think the process could be a little more refined. I know my experience was probably not normal but it is what it is and that's what happened so I was frustrated. Overall, I am happy with the procedure in the end.

The lobby was clean and everyone was spaced out nicely. The whole staff was efficient and friendly. My wait time was short and I was taken care of in a timely manner.
