I’m a new patient. The office had very good practices in place to deal with Covid. Staff was friendly. Dr. Was professional but friendly, easy to talk to, and reassuring. Would definitely recommend this practice.

The wait time was very long. I called when arriving, and after 8 minutes on hold, I went in to tell them I was here, but was ignored by the front office staff until I said Hello. I then was told I’d need to wait in my car another 15 minutes. I did not get called back to the exam room until 30 minutes after my appt time. Then I waited about 5 to 10 minutes waiting in the exam room. Dr is awesome, but scheduling and front office staff were terrible. I have a feeling patients are double booked. I was late to work cause of this delay. I had already needed to reschedule cause of the power outage. Like I said, love the dr, but rudeness of office staff and wait time was terrible!
